Because, only if you have an internet connection on your phone, after watching the video, you can write thousands of pages of any languages text in Bengali ,English ,Urdu ,Persian ,Tamil or Hindi , Arabic , Gujarati , Chinese, any language in a very short time, for which you do not need typing skills. Only if you can read that language, its okay. Now let's start the video. First, you need to download the Keep “ Note “ app from your phone's Playstore or Appstore. Google Keep is a product from Google that comes pre-installed on most Android phones. 

Start working 

I am directly opening this app as it is already downloaded on my phone. 

New install will required you to sign in with any gmail account. 

You sign in your mail. And after that a page like this will appear. 

Now what to do is, What you want to write? 

if you want to copy a book or type any other text, then take a picture of the text first.

In this project I will show with book, I have pdf book on my phone I am using this book. 

If you want, you can write the exam by hand in the notebook. But the writing should be at least clear. 

I'm going to the file where my book is. "The Autobiography of Bertrand Russell" translated by Abdul Hai, I am taking screenshots of the book, page by page. Now opening the keep app and clicking on this plus sign will open a page where you will get writing option. 

Just click 

on the plus sign at the bottom or side and you will see some options where you will find options named Take Photo, Choose Image and Drawing. 

From here, click on Choose Image and upload your documents one by one which you have taken screenshots. Once uploaded, click on the first image and you will see a symbol on the top right. Click on the icon, Click on the first option, Grab Image. You will see that all the articles on the first page have come. Grab each picture in turn like this. Keep the app minimized and open on the other side your gallery where the pictures are. Now match your grabbed text with the text in the picture. In it, you are getting all the text that you needed to type in text format in a few minutes, which would have taken a lot of time to write and there was a risk of many spelling mistakes, but meanwhile, the percentage of spelling mistakes is zero percent zero decimal zero one percent. That is, the clearer your image is, the clearer the text will be. 

Errors

In some cases, the last part of one line after the other line may come to the beginning of the second line, for which I mentioned opening the gallery and matching the text with the picture. But in small projects such mistakes are not likely, I had this problem while composing a 400 pages book some days ago. You just match the first sentence and the last sentence of the line to see if it is correct. Then it will be done.

Save this project

Now open Microsoft Word or Excel, whichever app you work with, just copy and paste it.

মূলত যারা ফ্রিলেন্সার আছেন, যারা টাইপিং এর কাজ করেন ,অথবা যাদের কেবল মোবাইল ফোন আছে এবং ভাবছেন ফ্রিলেন্সিং করতে চান , এবং যারা টাইপিং জানেন না বা খুব ধীর গতিতে টাইপ করেন, তাদের জন্য আশির্বাদসরূপ হতে যাচ্ছে আমার এই কন্টেন্ট ,যথা এই ভিডিওটি।

কারণ , শুধু মাত্র আপনার হাতে থাকা ফোনটিতে ইন্টারনেট কানেকশন থাকলেই ,ভিডিওটি দেখার পর ,হাজার হাজার পাতার যেকোনো ভাষার যেকোনো লেখা , মুহূর্তের মাঝেই লিখে ফেলতে পারবেন একদম অল্প সময়ে , যার জন্য আপনার টাইপ করার দক্ষতা প্রয়োজন হবে না। কেবল সেই ভাষা পড়তে পারলেই হবে।

বাংলা ইংরেজি ঊর্ধূ ফার্সি তামিল কিংবা হিন্দি আরবি গুজরাটি চাইনিজ। যেকোনো ভাষা।

কাজের বিবরনী

এবার চলুন ভিডিওটি শুরু করা যাক। 

প্রথমে আপনার ফোনের প্লেস্টোর অথবা এ্যপস্টোর থেকে গুগুল কিপ নামের এ্যপটি ডাউনলোড করে নিতে হবে।

গুগুল কিপ হচ্ছে গুগুলের একটি পন্য যা অধিকাংশ এন্ড্রয়েড ফোনে এমনিতেই থাকে।

আমার ফোনে ইতমধ্যে ডাউনলোড করা আছে বিধায় ,আমি সরাসরি এপটি ওপেন করে নিচ্ছি।

নতুন ইন্সল করলে আপনাকে মেইল দিয়ে সাইন ইন করে নিতে বলবে। আপনি আপনার মেইলে সাইন ইন করে নিন। এবং এর পর এমন একটি পেজ আসবে।

এবার যা করতে হবে তা হচ্ছে ,

আপনি যা লিখতে চাচ্ছেন, অর্থাৎ যদি বই কপি করতে চান , অথবা অন্য কোনো লেখা টাইপ করতে চান , তাহলে সেই লেখাগুলো প্রথমে ছবি তুলে নিন।

এই প্রজেক্টে আমি বই দিয়ে দেখাব, আমার ফোনে পিডিএফ বই আছে , আমি এই বইটিই ব্যবহার করছি। আপনারা চাইলে খাতায় হাতে লিখেও পরিক্ষামূলক ভাবে চালাতে পারেন। তবে লেখা যেন নূন্যতম স্পষ্ট হয়।

আমি ফাইলে চলে যাচ্ছি যেখানে আমার বইটি আছে। 

"দি অটোবায়োগ্রাফি অফ বার্ট্রান্ড রাসেল " অনুবাদে আব্দুল হাই, বইটি যথাক্রমে কয়েকটি পাতা আমি স্ক্রিনশট তুলেনিচ্ছি।

এবার কিপ এপটি ওপেন করে নিচ্ছি ,এবং এই প্লাস চিহ্নে ক্লিক করা মাত্রই একটি পাতা ওপেন হবে ,যেখানে আপনি লেখার অপশন পাবেন। 

নিচে বা দিকে প্লাস চিহ্নে ক্লিক করা মাত্রই কিছু অপশন দেখতে পাবেন যেখানে  , টেক ফটো, চোজ ইমেজ এবং ড্রইং নামের অপশন পাবেন। এদিক থেকে চোজ ইমেজে ক্লিক করে , এক এক করে আপনার ডকুমেন্ট গুলো আপলোড করুন যেগুলো স্ক্রিনশট তোলে রেখেছেন।

এবার আপলোড হয়ে গেলে প্রথম ছবিতে ক্লিক করুন , এবং উপরে ডান দিকে এমন একটি চিহ্ন পাবেন।  চিহ্নে ক্লিক করুন,  

প্রথম যে অপশনটি, গ্রাব ইমেজ,  এটিতে ক্লিক করুন।

দেখতে পাবেন প্রথম পাতার সমস্ত লেখা চলে এসেছে।  এভাবে পর্যায়ক্রমে প্রতিটি ছবি গ্রাব করে নিন।

কিপ এপটি মিনিমাইজ করে অপর দিকে ওপেন করুন আপনার গ্যালারি যেখানে ছবিগুলো আছে।

এবার ছবিতে থাকা লেখার সাথে মিলিয়ে নিন আপনার গ্রাব হওয়া লেখাগুলো। 

এতে আপনার যে সমস্ত লেখা টাইপ করার প্রয়োজন ছিল , তা কয়েক মিনিটেই টেক্সট ফরমেটে পেয়ে যাচ্ছেন , যা লিখতে গেলে অনেকটা সময় চলে যেতো ,এবং অনেক বানানও  ভুল হবার শঙ্কা থাকত, তবে এদিকে বানান ভুলের হাড় শতকরা শূণ্য দশমিক শূণ্য এক পার্সেন্ট।

অর্থাৎ , আপনার ছবি যত স্পষ্ট হবে ,লেখা তত নির্ভূল হবে।

ত্রুটিগুলো

কিছু কিছু ক্ষেত্রে ,এক লাইনের পর অপর লাইনের শেষের অংশটি দ্বিতীয় লাইনের প্রথমে চলে আসতে পারে, যার জন্য গ্যালারি ওপেন করে ছবির সাথে লেখা মিলিয়ে নেয়ার কথা বলেছি।

তবে ছোট প্রজেক্টে এমন ভুলের সম্ভাবনা নেই, কিছুদিন আগে ৪০০ পাতার একটি বই কম্পোজ করার সময় এই সমস্যাটি হয়েছিল।

আপনি কেবল লাইনের প্রথম বাক্যটি এবং শেষ বাক্যটি মিলয়ে দেখবেন ঠিক ঠাক আছে কিনা। তাহলেই হবে।

কাজটি সংরক্ষণ 

এবার মাইক্রোসফট ওয়ার্ড বা এক্সেল যে যেই এ্যপ দিয়ে কাজ করবেন, কেবল কপি পেস্ট করে বসিয়ে দিন।।

ছবি থেকে লেখা কিভাবে অল্প সময়ে লিখবেন, আজকের প্রজেক্টে তা দেখানো হলো। 

পরবর্তীতে টিউটোরিয়ালে দেখাব মোবাইল দিয়ে কিভাবে মাইক্রোসফট ওয়ার্ড ব্যবহার করবেন এবং কিভাবে একটি বই কম্পোজ করবেন।
